Think all pit bulls are owned by thugs, gang members, and drug dealers? Think again.

It is my intent through this website to show the true pit bull as it should appear when it is loved and cared for by a responsible owner. Because a picture is worth a thousand words, these particular pages should speak loudly. I want to thank the owners who gave me permission to post their dog's picture on these pages.

As you look through these pages, notice how very different each dog looks from the others. This is one reason why breed-specific legislation just doesn't work - determining what is and is not a "pit bull" is very difficult and often subjective. There are a number of dogs in these photos that I'm not convinced are even part pit bull, but their photos are here, so someone thinks they are.

If you have a photo to share, please email me. Please note that you MUST give me permission to post the photo in the album. I don't care how you phrase it, just make sure it's in your email somewhere. I cannot post your photo without your express permission. Additionally, please include the names of the dog(s) in the photo!
