Free spay/neutering of pit bulls available
MANATEE — Animal Network Inc. has received grant money from Florida Animal Friends to provide free spaying or neutering of pit bulls and pit bull mixes in Manatee.
The grant money comes from the fee collected when registered Florida auto owners purchase a Spay/Neuter license plate.
To make an appointment to fix your pit bull on a first-come, first-served basis, while money lasts, call the Humane Society of Manatee County at 747-8808, ext. 309.
